ClickFunnels – create beautiful and highly converting landing pages, Opt In Funnels, Sales Pages, and more with this easy to use and highly customize-able platform. Free trial.
Shopify – the go to for most ecommerce ventures that are starting out or want to take advantage of the rich Shopify ecosystem and tight integration with tools like Klaviyo.
Swipe Pages – Looking for something lighter than ClickFunnels? Swipe Pages is a great tool for quickly setting up fast funnel pages with great template designs at a fantastic price.
Klaviyo – my “go to” email marketing tool for anything e-commerce. It’s feature rich, has amazing reporting, and most importantly – it helps you make more money. Fantastic ROI.
Active Campaign – Easy to use email service provider that I use for businesses outside of ecommerce that lets you send targeted emails to your subscribers and includes advanced functionality for a great price.
BeeHiiv – a newer addition that I’m using for a productivity based newsletter. Amazing editor, great built-in tools like polls, surveys, and more. If you’re a content creator or have that in your business, check this one out.
The Ecommerce Email Marketing Playbook – the book I wrote on ecommerce email for business owners and managers to quickly get up to speed on all things ecommerce email marketing and to share new ideas and strategies.
SaneBox – need to get control of your own inbox? Check out SaneBox and it’s AI filtering system. Works magic.
Customer Engagement
Bonjoro – if you’ve ever booked a consulting call with me you have already seen this in action! It’s a great tool that let’s you quickly start the conversation and personally interact via video with subscribers or customers. Highly recommended.
Taja AI – if you create, or want to create, videos on YouTube, then optimizing the title and description is a big part of getting better engagement. This handy app helps you create stronger titles and more engaging descriptions with helpful text, hashtags, and even timestamp highlights.
Project Management
ClickUp – my current project management tool that I use for both team projects and personal tasks / reminders. Great flexibility and easy to work with team members and guests.
Todoist – a simpler task management app that can easily handle personal projects and small to medium sized teams. Fantastic app and super easy to use. If you’re looking to get organized, start here.
MarkUpHero – great way to quickly take screenshots, annotate them, download or share a link with others.
MindMeister – my go to mind mapping tool for quickly brainstorming and getting ideas mapped out. Fantastic visual layout and some neat sharing & presentation options.
Notion – this is the tool I use for multimedia projects, anything requiring a database (not for programming), and organizing my ideas that aren’t pure text.
Tracking
Funnelytics – Want to get funnels and customer flows out of your head and onto “paper”? Funnelytics can do that and so much more – things like tracking conversions throughout every step of your funnel, tracking traffic sources, and even forecasting. Amazing tool.
Improvely – track clicks, visits, and conversions so that you know where your subscribers and buyers are coming from, which offers convert, and more. Easy to set up and use.
