It’s easy to get overwhelmed when you have too many choices. In fact, you might just end up choosing none of them, which defeats the purpose, right?
That’s why you should focus on one thing in your emails – it helps people take action without feeling overwhelmed with the number of choices you give them.
But just like everything else, there are exceptions to the rules 🙂
You can add several call-to-actions to an email but ultimately you want them all to point to the same thing.
Put yourself in the shoes of your subscriber.
How would you feel if you got an overly-complicated and full-of-choices email?

So stick to the one CTA per email rule and you can thank me later 😉
